What types of units do you service?

We service all brands of forced air equipment including geothermal systems. We also service hot water boilers.

What is your hourly charge?

Our service is done on a flat rate basis. We charge a drive up fee, check out your unit and when we find your problem we will quote you an exact price at that time. No matter how long it takes it will be the quoted price.




Do you carry parts for my brand?

We carry parts for almost all brands. We try to have everything needed on our truck to complete your service call at the time of service though some specialty parts may have to be ordered. We have a full parts department and if we don't have the part on the truck we have delivery drivers to bring the part to your house at no charge. With this delivery method our tech never has to leave your house to go get parts.

Do you offer maintenenace plans?

We do! Most of our service customers are also maintenance customers. Read more to see how you can save 33% off all parts and labor!

Can you bill me later?

Though we do work with our customers when we can our policy is to collect at the time of service. We take cash, check, and all credit cards for your convenience.

How far away do you travel. Is there extra travel charges?

Our standard service area extends about 25 miles in any direction from Marion. After than there is a $10 travel charge every 10 extra miles or so. Contact us for an exact price.
